injuries much!

We have had some doosies lately! Evan was playing "spooky" (walking around with a blanket over his head for Seger's entertainment) And walked into a chair. Sounds harmless but the kid gave himself a HUGE shiner! A really black eye! Then Vienna decided at 6am today to try and open tupperware with a very sharp knife while we were still in bed. (I swear I do watch my kids!) Well that ended in a good size cut in the flesh of her thumb. She narrowly escaped stitches. Oh and yes Seger too! He has become fascinated with the oven. We keep it locked, however, I undid the lock to take something out and I turned it off. It had been cooling awhile, but not long enough. He opened the door to the floor and burned his little forearm. Took it like a total champ hardly a tear, so much that I thought maybe it wasn't that hot anymore, but he does have some blistering. Poor little guy! So it's been a doosie! Let's just hope this is the end of the injury streak! Tommorow's schedule may entale, padded surfaces, and a safety proofing party!

Wow!! I know the feeling! Connor ran into the door yesterday, adding to the already purple spot on his head from three days ago. He decided he needed to jump off the couch. (i was sitting right there..i didn't think he would do it?!)

Where can I get those band aids? Band aids rule here, and they would be a big hit. We just wear them mostly for fun, sometimes because they're needed :)

When it rains it poors, right? Good luck finding a padded room. I think I'm going to have to do that for myself one day....haha.
